We will contact you to confirm your registration and provide you with a survey prep-pack. This will include a Survey Request Form & Checklist, a Survey & Confidentiality Agreement and some survey marketing materials for use within your organisation.
  

If your organisation has more than 250 employees...

 

We can provide organisations with up to 250 employees this service for free. Organisations which have more than 250 employees are offered a reduced cost service which to purely to cover the expenses associated with the purchase and running the survey. Please contact Matthew Walford at m.walford@murdoch.edu.au to discuss the options and costs if your organisation is over 250 employees in size.
