We provide organisations with 250 employees or less free diagnostic and developmental reports. We provide these reports for free as we anonymously use the data collected to conduct PhD and other related research being conducted at Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia.

 

We benefit by asking your employees to complete specific surveys related to our leadership research over the two survey stages. All research undertaken on this data has undergone University and ethical review processes. To reiterate, where data is used for research, anonymity for participants and partner organisations is assured.

 

The project is funded by Murdoch University. As this is a research based project, the direct costs associated with it for organisations therefore are minimal but have high potential value returns.

 

We do not enter into a business-to-business relationship with participating organisations. However, we will strive to meet the needs of participating organisations. We do ask though that organisations devote the time and energy to ensure that they experience a smooth survey undertaking.

We will continue to offer this service for free to organisations until the researchers have a sufficient amount of data on which to conduct our research. At this point, we may withdraw the offer to new organisations.
