Matthew Walford.

 

Matthew Walford is a registered Psychologist and current PhD candidate at Murdoch University. He holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology and a First Class Honours in Psychology. He has won numerous academic awards. In 2012, Matthew researched Fly-in Fly-out workers in Australia looking specifically at how organisational and supervisory support factors may contribute to high employee turnover rates in this workforce.

Dr. Graeme Ditchburn.

 

Graeme Ditchburn is a registered Psychologist, Senior Lecturer in Psychology, and Academic Chair of the Organisational Psychology program at Murdoch University. His research interests are focused on the individual at work and include personality and dynamic performance, performance measurement, expatriate adjustment, organisational commitment, and organisational culture and values. Prior to joining Murdoch University he worked with organisations to assess and implement programs to improve employee attitudes, behaviour and organisational culture on behalf of Towers Perrin-ISR (Europe).

Dr. Guy Curtis.

 

Guy Curtis is a registered Psychologist and Senior Lecturer in Psychology at Murdoch University. He has worked as an academic for more than 15 years, including positions at three universities. Guy has been a staff member at Murdoch since 2010. He has conducted research in a range of areas of Psychology, including Organisational Psychology, Social Psychology, emotion, and cross-cultural Psychology; and has written numerous journal articles and book contributions. Guy principally teaches in Organisational Psychology and also contributes to Murdoch’s Executive Education programs. In the past few years he has won several university teaching awards. Guy is a member of several professional organisations in Psychology.

Libby Brook.

 

Libby Brook is a registered Psychologist and lecturer at Murdoch University. She has taught in the Organisational Psychology program at Murdoch since 2007. Her research interests relate to well-being at work, which includes stress, bullying, burnout, fatigue and health and safety at work. Her current research interest is looking at a variety of factors in relation to FIFO workers and FIFO partners/families including organisational commitment, turnover intent, organisational support, alcohol use, rosters and work-family conflict. Libby has worked in Corrective Services, mining and construction within the realm of strategic HR and well-being. She continues to work in the Army Reserves as a Psychology Officer with her primary roles including counselling, selection and the delivery of training programs.
